Getting the strategy right is the least of it. The question for a Challenger really is this: what kind of person do I need to be to make that strategy happen - particularly if I am in that large, many-headed organisation that calls itself Behemoth, Inc? What kinds of behaviours and personal qualities do I need to display? And what kind of team do I need to have around me to break through the regimented, corporate-approved, over-processed ways of doing things?
