A workshop to create Insights of Opportunity
We believe that there are two types of insight; reflective insights and insights of opportunity.
Insights tend to be uncovered by examining the relationship between the brand, the category and the consumer. These sorts of insights are what we call reflective insights as they are fantastic at framing (reflecting) the current situation/ task for the brand and business but tend to be rooted in the past or present.
Challengers tend to look out beyond the relationship between the brand, category and consumer for insights of opportunity. Opportunities to create compelling difference, to change the game to create traction in the world. These insights are useless at framing the current problems/ context for the business but are about getting to breakthrough ideas and thinking for the future of the brand.
An Outlooking workshop provides tools and frameworks to generate insights of opportunity for your brand.
Outlooking can stand alone as a one day workshop or can be included as part of the Challenger Lighthouse Identity Programme.
