It's More fun to be the Pirates than the Navy. This half day session - which involves the opportunity to re-enact a famous pirate battle - can be run by itself or as part of a larger workshop. It is a fun interactive way to explore the personal and team qualities required to act like a Challenger and accept calculated risk.
